This will be the latest installment in this highly successful series that began in 2001. The workshop is a forum that is more for activists rather than theorists or administrators. It brings together people who are at the forefront of scholarly communication change. The workshop is intended as a forum for technological issues associated with scholarly communication and will take place every second year in alternation with the Nordic Conference on Scholarly Communication . The workshop is sponsored by OSI, SPARC and SPARC Europe, JISC, SHERPA and Ex Libris.
